Offerings

Individual Leadership Coaching

Coaching sessions which are an action-oriented partnership leading clients to discovery on how to reach business and professional goals.

Each session is 30-45 minutes and is built around action oriented outcome. I partner with you to help you take action toward a vision or develop a deeper understanding of truth - which leads to setting goals, developing change for yourself, and using inner strength to continuously grow.

Program: 18-24 weeks of bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions.

Leadership Development Workshops

I offer 90-minute workshops on 4 leadership dimension areas: altruistic leadership, empathetic leadership, generative leaders, and decision-making. The leadership development workshop can be complimentary to coaching in an organization who is transforming and adopting change.

I offer 20+ years experiencing in designing and leading leadership development sessions, and can help you and your Teams with breakthrough ideas, increased team accountability, and increased self-awareness on commitment to change.

I am happy to customize workshop content to adapt to your organization’s strategic mission. Coaching can be combined with all leadership development planning and delivery.

Team-based Coaching

Similar to the individual coaching service, I offer team-based coaching which is a method used to help an in tact team approach dysfunction, increase emotional intelligence, and actively engage in business priorities to enhance communication and ways of working.

I recommend team-based coaching as a method to foster and activate business strategy. For example, teams who co-create operating models or yearly business plans can benefit from an integrated coaching method to yield increased participation and an enhanced method of mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities.

My background includes deep expertise in action-based development for small teams (6-10 members) and I work closely with executive sponsors to align outcomes to business goals.

Program: 18-24 weeks of monthly action-based sessions, set on foundation of 5-6 questions to be resolved by Team with coaching and resources.

Assessment planning

I offer assessment planning as a complimentary method to coaching which helps individuals better understand their strengths and opportunities for growth.

Tilt 365 is an assessment tool I recommend to business leaders as a standard and unified method to align leadership behaviors to consistent outcomes.

I am happy to partner with you to determine which assessment tool is right for you and for your business. I work with other leadership consultants to draw on certified expertise in other instruments such as Hogan Assessment.

Succession planning

I have deep expertise in working with senior executive succession planning and can provide you consulting sessions to help you identify critical roles in your organization, build a strategic pipeline, and create an action-oriented roadmap to close gaps on skills for leaders in the pipeline.

My experience can offer you guidance in “how to” identify potential successors, defining organizational challenges or blockers, methods to identify gaps either in skill or in talent, and creative approaches to learning and coaching aligned to your growth objectives.
