Building learning and development solutions that foster growth and change.
I started Lancelot Consulting to offer learning, leadership and development solutions to build on my of experience in the L&D space and help business leaders with their transformational goals so that they are successful.
I spent 25 years in IBM leading development programs for employees and clients. Within that time frame, I sustained a proven track record to drive strategic initiatives, enabling executive decision-making, and managing high-impact projects within complex business environments. I am known as a trusted advisor to successfully lead high risk project initiatives from requirements through delivery, with flawless execution and seamless communication across senior stakeholder groups.
In 2010 I was awarded as IBM’s top employee, a coveted nomination given to select employees based on outstanding performance. My goal is to work with the lines of business to achieve success by taking the time to understand key business drivers, socioeconomic challenges, and culture so that leaders are set-up to succeed and drive change and innovation.
In addition to designing education, I facilitate workshops designed to teach executive presence, business acumen, and AI for Leaders. Working at one of the world’s leading technology companies provided me an in-depth understanding of how a business operates with an AI and Cloud platform strategy. I understand what future challenges are ahead for our leaders with respect to AI and workforce planning.
In terms of a leadership spectrum, I have experience coaching leaders on the emotional connection to culture, managing a complex matrix, applying radical candor, and building the 2030 mindset as a generative leader.
I hold a Master and Doctorate degree in Education and I am an ACC Level 1 Certified Coach.
