I spent 23 years in IBM developing leaders that ranged from early and mid-career through the most senior executive level. I understand business drivers, socioeconomic challenges, and industry requirements that leaders face and that impact culture.

My tenure at IBM has provided me experience in assessments and development planning. As a leader, I have strong values profile in altruistic behavior, a high sense of security, and a relentless sense of gratitude.

In terms of a leadership spectrum, I have experience coaching leaders on the emotional connection to culture, managing a complex matrix, defining radical candor, and building the 2030 mindset as a generative leader.

I hold a Master and Doctorate degree in Education and I am an ACC Level 1 Certified Coach.
